The water was much to choppy for snorkeling. The other snorkeler on the trip quit quickly because it was too windy and the waves too strong.

There were two new divers who also came and it was easier for them because they were well under the surface. But us two snorkelers had to wait quite a long time in a rocking boat until they finished.

The company providing the equipment gave my friend faulty equipment and she was unable to snorkel. We simply asked for her money back. After a lot of argument the rep finally gave a refund. I was very excited about this snorkeling opportunity in the Seychelles. I was even more stoked when they offered to come pick us p at the hotel.

Only to come and find out that they wouldn't come and pick us up. If it wasn't because I emailed to verify a pick up time we would have missed the snorkeling trip!

After further reading that they only pick do hotel pick ups near the Beau Vallon. They should have so that when I put in my hotel it should say available or not available pick up. The second reason I am only giving them 3 stars is because the seas were rough that day. Our first stop for snorkeling was nerve wracking.

The sea was very rough and we couldn't see anything at all. Now mind you I realize that it isn't the companies fault when it comes to rough seas but there could have a been a better option for us to go snorkeling. During the first stop we were only in the water for 10 minutes and I couldn't take it anymore. The second stop was good we were able to see some fish not a whole lot. It was getting dark and hard to see.

Overall it wasn't that bad. The crew was friendly and offered snacks and drinks. They just need to change things up a little bit about pick up locations or have different options when there are rough seas.
