We use DD to track draft and set timer to 2 minutes. If a pick isn't made in that 2 minutes, next drafter is free to go ahead and make his pick.

Use paper draft board with stickers also. Picks are official when stuck on board. We also break mid-draft for eats, and smokes for those that indulge.
