Why sync apps

Finding the time to update data and manually sync applications can be tricky, even at the best of times. Connecting PieSync with Invoice Ninja allows you to ensure all your data, in all your apps, is bang up-to-date and synced instantly. Everything is still available at the speed of a click. As highlighted above, when you have so many different apps with varying levels of data freshness, it can be very difficult to move quickly and seamlessly from one task to another. You have to constantly input new data before continuing with the task at hand, which can destroy your focus and productivity.

With intelligent two-way syncing, using Invoice Ninja and PieSync, you can move from one task to another without manually updating any data whatsoever.

All financial figures, contact details, recorded times , project updates, and invoice information is being updated across multiple platforms while you focus on your customers or clients. Manually inputting data can be affected by human error. This then means more lost time and potential problems with customers. When all your data is automatically updated in real-time across every platform, without any manual input, you can rest safe in the knowledge that all the facts and figures are accurate across the board.

This ensures whichever app you are using has exactly the same data as the rest, which is vital when making big decisions. Any errors can also be rectified from one single point, instead of having to be fixed across many different apps. Collaborations benefit many a solopreneur or small business owner. They are essential and modern cloud-based technology allows for easier sharing of information and communication.

Also, you are now able to see which of your apps are backing up data and their time of backing up. This can be done by simply going to the backup section of your device settings.

Your calendar, email and contacts, and calendar are a very important component of your daily business running. This is why it becomes imperative to know how to back them up. The good thing is that backing these aspects of your Android devices is not as difficult as it used to be simply because most of these aspects are cloud-based.

What this simply means is that you do not have back them up as they have already been cloud stored. All you need to do is open your email address from a different device to get them back. The other good thing about these apps is that they usually come preinstalled on Android devices. There is however a little drawback with the Contacts aspect. This is because several carriers and manufacturers make available their interfaces which are meant to help with organizing the contacts.

If you encounter a situation where you lose your phone or begin using another one, there is always the possibility of losing your text messages. However, if you do not want to lose your precious text messages, the process of backing them up is pretty simple. The easiest way for you to do backup your text messages is by simply using a messaging application that helps you with the hard part.

For instance, if you are using a Google Pixel phone, its free Android messages application would help you backup as much as 25MB of data. It normally comes as the pre-installed messaging app of the device.

If you are however using a phone that is not a Pixel phone, some apps should help you do a great job. There a lot of easy ways to backup files on your Android devices with the most recent being the use of cloud-based storage services.

Most of the available cloud-based services usually provide some free storage and are usually quite easy to access using your device. Regardless of why you bought that Android device, chances are high that you would be taking photographs and videos with it.

There is also the possibility of storing up good music on it. There are some photos and music that define who you are and you may not want to lose them. In this case, you may want to go for any of the available Photo and music storage apps. There is a great chance that the Android device in your hand is not the first you will be using. And if that is the case, there is a high possibility that it contains contacts from years before which have been following you from one phone to the other.

A number of these contacts have been lost, abandoned and some of the users may even be dead. This situation is usually as a result of years of synced email accounts. Of course no one will bother to leave an updated review to acknowledge that. The last review before this one was posted in March and there have been several updates since then. If I do experience crashing issues, I'll leave another review and say so.

They have only done a single feature update in a year and it was a small viewing change! Nothing exciting. They have yet to even integrate some of the great feature of iOS 12, i. Nothing for They barely works with the files app built into iOS.

You will usually find you have to open the app to make it usable. The offline files are often not offline and have to be redownloaded, I have run into this numerous times and reported it to no avail. If you view the version history you will see only bug fixes month after month, and this bug has existed for 2 years! You will have to download it outside the app to stream it to a appleTV or other device. Essentially anything modification or use of a file will require you to save it outside the app, locally or another sync app, and then put it back if you make any changes.

This app is a shame, they could have good privacy and a good app, but they have decent privacy, which is not difficult to implement, and an awful user experience. They are not worth the money. Find another app, I am looking for one now after using them for over 2 years I have finally just given up hope they will get better.
